Please note: We do not hold open door drop in sessions at the main Bureau and the opening times below are for the Telephone Advice Line. Anyone needing our service is asked to phone on the above number.
If you have communication problems e.g. difficulties with hearing or language or you problem is urgent such as imminent eviction we will do our best to assist if you call in to the Bureau during opening times.
