We’ve Moved!

All Citizens Advice Barnsley Town Centre face-to-face services - including drop-in advice sessions and booked appointments - will now take place from our new offices at Queens Road!

Our new address is: 36A Queens Road, Barnsley S71 1AR.

We’re sharing premises with Age UK Barnsley, and you can find us on the left hand side as you walk up Queens Road towards the Metrodome. 

From Monday 7th September, reception at Queens Road will be open to deliver the following services:

• Every Monday: 9am to 12pm - ‘Central Area Council’ Drop-in Advice Service
• Every Tuesday: 9.30am - 12.30pm - ‘BEAT’ Energy Advice Drop-in
• Every Tuesday and Wednesday 10am -12pm - ‘BSL’ Advice Service

The front door will be only be open and unlocked while these drop-in services are running. Just come through the front door and let reception know you have arrived. Please do not attend outside these hours unless you have a booked appointment as there will be no one there to assist you. 

If you have a pre-booked appointment outside of these times, please ring the front doorbell and wait for your adviser to let you in.
